ORDER POLICY

Order Reservation

  1. All orders will be collected via Instagram or Viber.
  2. Once orders have been submitted via the order form, please give us 1-2 business days to get back to you with confirmation of your order.
  3. We do not accommodate any walk-ins. All orders must be placed in advance. Please refer to the following lead times:
    1. Standard Macarons, Cookies, Brownies & Bars: 1-2 days in advance
    2. Customized Macarons: 3-5 days in advance
    3. Customized Cakes: 5 days ina dvance
    4. NOTE: Lead times refer to the latest you can place an order. You may order further in advance if that is your preference.
  4. Macarose reserves the right to refuse service to customers who have unruly, threatening, offensive, and violent behavior.
